We have been doing business with this Fast Signs since 2015 and have purchased hundreds of dollars of banners from them. We wanted another mesh banner identical to the one we purchased a year or so back. We spoke with Stacey and provided her with the orignal emails and specs from our last banner they made. We went to get the banner and low and behold it was not mesh. Stacey rudely said, "That is mesh" and we said it was not. I went to the car, got our mesh banner and brought it inside. There was not much she could say when comparing the two banners side by side. Stacey said they would correct it. We were called and went back to get the banner. Stacey, at that time, said all that was needed was to peel off the back of the banner, and it would then be mesh. We noticed the edges were not tacked down and asked her to fix it. She took it to the back, brought it back within minutes, rolled up, and said, "Ok, it's ready." We finished paying the $160.00 dollars and left. As we unrolled it to hang, we noticed she had done nothing. It appears that once they peeled the backing off, making it mesh, they left the original tape stuck down and did not secure the top side. A three year old could have done better. Shame on you, Stacey Alexander(owner). Your business practices, rude condescending attitude, and subpar work will surely sink you and your business in the future. We will never spend another penny in your store, and if you decide to go with this establishment buyer beware!!

So theyve done my vans and work is good. But today the attitude of the women at the counter was unacceptable. I Was trying to schedule some lettering for 2 weeks and she had an attitude with that. She reluctantly gave me a day that I couldnt do so I asked for another day and she said she would get back with me. I said lets set up now and she wouldnt. Then I agreed to the day and she didnt really want to schedule. Every excuse known to man. I asked her if she wanted my business and she said thats up to you! So I decided to take it elsewhere. I couldnt remember ever being treated like this , I asked for a number or a card that I can call she said bye bye. She must own it because nobody could ever keep a job with this attitude. I dont know her name snd she was definitely not gonna give it to me. If you want to get treated like %#^* this is your place!!!!
