Thanks, Pete! You were here in a flash on our first call to United A/C & Refrigeration. The whole team provided an outstanding experience to our cooling issue last weekend. The office called to schedule the install on Monday, and we needed to postpone to Tuesday, and the office was super accommodating. Tyrone and Andrew came in, were professional, courteous, clean and respectful. Job well done!!! Couldn't have asked for more... Thank you to the entire United A/C team!!

They installed my new A/C in 2018. The employees know their stuff about A/Cs. Everyone that has been over has been great. I finally am writing a review. We had Patrick come over for a pipe issue we have had. It was clogged again 30 hours later. He came back and went well beyond with what I expected to figure out what was going on and offer other possible solutions. I am a smart educated person that used to worth in I.T. support. So I know how to identify a thinking support person. Patrick was it. He did everything he could to save me money and clear the problem have excellent knowledge of what was going on. Super friendly and professional. But all of their guys know what they are doing. Excellent company. Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair, Installation

Please do not use this company. They came out put Freon and charged $695 not explaining to me that if a leak it will not work. Sure enough Freon all leaked out; called them back out wanted almost 5700 for new ac which is 2500 over cost of other companies. Would not put more Freon to get me through a few more weeks. This is how that treat senior citizens. Worst Services: A/C preventive maintenance, A/C system maintenance
