I have been a customer of ideal air systems for roughly 20 years and they have always been professional, timely, and reasonable. The techs show up on time, the office answers your concerns in a timely manner and work is always on point. Techs are knowledgeable and helpful even when coming out for routine maintenance. This review is long overdo. Ideal Air has been my HVAC go to company for the last 15 years. From their front office to their service techs to their owners and family are a first class first rate operation. Ideals honesty, integrity and commitment to honoring its quotes and schedules are traits often missing in todays service industry. I can't say enough about Ideal Air. Failing to at very least get an opinion or quote from Ideal for your HVAC needs is doing yourself a disservice.
