Left a $5,000 deposit with this company to repair a roof and rehab a single family property. Permits were applied for but not approved and not paid for. No work was done. No service of value was delivered and no money was refunded.

Construction on Demand did a fantastic job renovating my kitchen, replacing my flooring, sheet rock and interior structure due to water damage. The team were all professional, dependable, on-time, and worked through each day to get the job done. Carlos is terrific. He was always available and responsive to questions and requests. Cost was reasonable. I plan to use Construction on Demand again to renovate my bathroom and install hurricane windows. I have recommended them to friends and neighbors. Thank you Carlos.
