Southern Coast has been a remarkably consistent company. The owner, who first estimated the job, responded quickly and efficiently to my request. He was personable and professional. His office staff, from customer service through permitting to accounting have all been pleasant, quick to respond, confident in their responses, and easy to work with. The crew who did the job, itself, arrived precisely when they said they would, worked doggedly until the job was finished, and cleaned up after themselves so that there was no evidence of all their effort. Toby and the guys should receive major kudos for staying on task despite the weather and completing a thoroughly professional finished work. I will be recommending (and have already recommended) this company to anyone who needs foundation work.
