Not very happy with the service team at the Deerfield Beach service center.I used Toyota of Hollywood since 2013 and had no issues. I brought my car in for service and was told that I needed front pads/resurface rotors and rear brakes needed replace the pads and rotors. I refused the service at the time because price was too high. I brought it somewhere else and they told me that the back brakes still had at least half the pads and the rotors were fine. The front brakes had at least 1/4-1/2 life in them. Probably will never go back there again. Be careful!!!!!!

I brought my car in for service and had to wait a couple days for ABS brake parts and repair. No problem. I come back to get my car and drive home. It starts raining and I come to find out my windshield wipers don't work. I had to wait two more days since on Sunday the service area is closed.
I call Monday first thing and they tell me to come in. They inform me that the tech didn't reconnect my windshield wipers when I initially picked up my car. I ask if it possible to get some kind of compensation such as an oil change as I wasted 2 hours of my work days driving there and waiting. The service advisor shut me down quickly and sternly.
If you are going to screw up, at least help the customer out after you admitted to your mistake.
