        I have asked nicole at paint shuttle for a written estimate to repair my vehicle. She asked me to send pictures of the damages via email. I did so but she never responded. I called her every day for 4 days to remind her but still never got my written estimate. A written estimate is used to guarantee a price. Their service is dissapointing.
