Ive used Air First for several years, maintaining and installing systems. Most recently, I was dealing with an inside fan issue. Dan did everything he could to replace the fan and get it to work correctly. My older system was just not talking to the ECM fan motor the way it should. We decided to replace the entire system on short notice. Dan worked it out and had his crew there within three days, arrived when they said they would, installed it, cleaned up afterwards, no issues. Great service at a reasonable price. Services: Repair HVAC, Install AC

I made the appointment with Air First Inc. of Deerfield Fl. 6 days prior and I called to confirm before they supposed to arrived a gentleman answered and he said they were coming and so I waited and waited and waited and no show not even a courtesy call. I waited all day for them and not even a call back ever. Really bad service no common courtesy. Do not use this company there are other companies out there

I have been using Air First to maintain my AC for several years now. They have always been on time for their appointments. They are always professional and their prices are reasonable. They have always explained any issues they found and made recommendations in my interest and not just to make money. In one case, there was mold in my air handler; instead of recommending an expensive UV unit, they disinfected the unit and recommended that we wait to see if the issue recurred - it did not. Most recently, the fan on my compressor had indications of an oil leak; instead of jumping to a replacement, Dan said that it tested fine and recommended that we wait and observe the fan. Professional, friendly, competent, and reasonably priced - What more can you ask for? Service: A/C system maintenance
