If I could give zero stars on this review I would. After spending many thousands of dollars on a new air conditioning unit it stopped working less than a year later. Customer service was the absolute worst. Through another company we found out that Jireh did not give us the unit we had paid for and were given papers for. Instead, we were given an off brand from China. Moses was extremely loud and nasty and would not fix our unit in any way and kept screaming that it was an electrical problem, which it wasnt. Thank goodness for another company stepping up and helping us. Never, never use Jireh. It is not a reputable company. I have since spoken to other people and they have found the same thing happen with this business. We only wish that we had known before we purchased our unit from them. I hope that our comments can help others in the future. Never use Jireh!
