Monica is without a doubt, the easiest to work with, most understanding, patient, hard working, responsive, up front, and driven realtor out there. I was pleasantly surprised with her extensive knowledge of general construction. Thanks to her background and experience, she also turned out to be well equipped with a long list of contacts and resources at her disposal, should you need help with any home repair or upgrade wants/needs. My wife and I closed on our absolute DREAM home last December. It is everything we could have wanted and more, absolutely perfect, not to mention the sale price she negotiated was unreal. I know with all certainty, there is no way we would have found, let alone closed on our perfect home without her. Do yourself a huge favor now, stop reading this review and hire her. Im telling you, she is THE best!
