I recently had an opportunity to work with Tom Clem at Exit Realty in Deland. While I wasnt in a position to purchase a home at that moment, I was looking for a local lender that could assist me in a refinance which would ultimately put me in a position to start investing in real estate. Not only did Tom put me in touch with Janell Wooldridge at Equity Prime Mortgage, who was an absolute delight and did an excellent job with my refinance, but he was more than willing to use his extensive expertise in giving me knowledge and perspective on the market I hope to invest in. Its rare that you find people that are willing to forgo instant gratification, and work hard to develop that relationship that will later pay off in spades. Im excited to work with Tom and his team at Exit Realty in the future.

Exit Realty Advantage Deland was extremely easy and helpful when it came time to selling our property. We were able to get what we asked for and had great exposure when our property was listed. We were so beyond happy with them that we are also using them to locate our dream property. Thank you guys very much for all that you did for our family. We wouldnt have been able to afford our dream property without you guys.

What a great team they have here. I personally worked with Tom, Kristen, Madeline and Sergio. Any questions I had were immediately followed up on. I am most thankful for them because I was taking care of my father in another state, and my house was not a worry. They were able to accommodate all of my needs. Great team here!!! Two thumbs up
