We were in a position where we needed to buy a house from out of state in a VERY hot market (summer 2021) . I spoke to Jen on the phone on Thursday to let her know our price point and what we were looking for, and that night after business hours, she was showing us houses over FaceTime. The right house came on the market on Friday morning. I emailed it to her, and when I called her 5 minutes later, she was already writing up an offer for us. She is very knowledgeable about the local market, and she was able to negotiate a really good deal for us in a seller's market. She walked us through the process and was completely on top of all the steps we needed to get through, even from a distance. Further, when we arrived in town, she and her team went way out of their way to help us get settled in, giving us referrals and helping us with a last-minute notary appointment to make the sale of our old home happen. I cannot recommend Jen highly enough, and I know we will use her again in the future if we need a realtor.
