Gernelle Bokuniewicz is a great house agent, mom, grandma, aunt, friend to work with houses. She has a beautiful husband Dan, 4 kids Desmond, Dion, Danielle, and Gannon, and 4 grandchildren, Carter, Bronson, Rita and Claire. I sometimes visit Gernelle at Uncle Armen and Aunt Amelia's house if they're in New Jersey. Gernelle, you are a good friend/aunt to me. Love you to the moon and back.

Gernelle was and is an absolute professional. From the first time we spoke on the phone until we closed the deal she was outstanding. A home that our previous agent couldn't sell in six months she was able to get a deal done in two. My only regret is that we didn't use her sooner. She communicated with us consistently throughout the process, offered helpful insights, and listened to all of our questions and concerns. If I ever have the opportunity to engage in a real estate deal in Volusia County again, Gernelle is my first and only choice.

When we listed our home with Gernelle, we had an instant advocate. What questions we had, she took her time to answer patiently and thoroughly. Throughout the entire process she was quick to respond. When we first listed, her marketing strategy was aggressive and creative. Once we were negotiating a contract, she made sure that we were in the drivers seat. At closing, she accommodated our busy schedule and worked with the title company to come to us so we didnt have to find childcare. What had the potential to be an incredibly stressful time in our lives turned out to be a positive chapter for our family, thanks to Gernelle.
