Best service visit ever. Ismael was a joy to work with. He was so friendly and polite. He played with my dog and I enjoyed our conservation. Honestly was probably the best house service I've ever had. 5 Star pest control has two pest control workers and they are both top notch!

I fired them because my lawn was getting worse under their care. As many times as theyd claim theyd make it right, which still took weeks over numerous times (and I gave them that opportunity on a number of occasions and they also blamed me for part of the issue and did all that they recommended to do), I was done and tired of excuses.

Whomever drives the wrapped company car drives horribly. Unfocused, cuts people off, and does not drive with the flow of traffic. In attempts to pass the vehicle, I was cut off 2 times. The driver kept the exact speed of the vehicle next to him, so there was no way to go around because they were impeding the traffic. Would never hire a company whose employees explicitly choose to be menacing and inconsiderate of the general public. Bad impressions all around.

I had them do my lawn for 6 months . Did not see much difference . Actually, my grass was greener prior to them treating it. They got so big in our neighborhood that their service and quality declined . I requested them to give me a call a day before they come so I could unlock my fence gates and they did but the problem is they dont show up when they say they will. One occurrence is ok but second time? I called the office and was told by the woman that the driver cant find my address on gps. What a lame excuse! They have been servicing my lawn for the last 6 months and they have my number . Why not call me??? I had to call the office of the no show . Unprofessional right. Their service is simply becoming quantity over quality in all aspects. Well, most of my neighbors probably found the same issues with them. They all switched . I barely see them in our neighborhood now. Maybe 1 or 2 left. And yes, 100% sure Im giving the right review to the right company 5 star
on Debary.
