I highly recommend Family Care Dental. I have always had dental problems and gone to many dentists thru the years but they are the friendliest and most attentive I have gone to. I am a snowbird and have needed emergency dental services several times and they have always taken good care of me.

Zero compassion. Can't even get an emergency same day appointment so forget about "same day crowns and oral surgery". FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Current patient and can't even be seen for a consult until next month?!? UNACCEPTABLE.

Alison at the front desk is not friendly. Do not expect a warm smile and a simple greeting.
I was experiencing pretty horrific panic attacks and walked out of a few app. (All of which I offered to pay for) Denise treated me kindly about it. I told her I needed to seek therapy and to please give me one more chance. She kindly agreed. I called a few months later to make an appointment. Alison answered and told me she had to talk to the Dr. first. She never called me back. I called 5 days later and she very rudely told me you cant come back here if you walk out of an appointment again did you get therapy? She has not an ounce of compassion. Perhaps she should not be in customer service. I emailed the office with a complaint and never heard back. I made my appointment for 2 months later (thats when she said the next available was) they canceled the appointment a few days before saying the doctor said they did not have enough time. Okay, thats fine. They rescheduled me for a month later. They just canceled on me again saying the same thing. Again, they could reschedule me. Why not as a doctor call me, or ask your staff to inquire how I am feeling about my appointments now? To just keep telling me, they dont have enough time for you Rude and unprofessional. For the record, I was very ready to go through my appointments and did not deserve to have them canceled. I was in pain and wanting to get the work done. In the meantime I have called twice now saying I think I may have an abscess. I ended up calling a doctor and getting an antibiotic on my own. You would think a doctor would be concerned about seeing a patient with that concern and not keep canceling appointments. And the girls at the front desk were no longer the ones calling me to cancel appointments. I think they started having hygienists call me because of my email. Seems like an immature way to handle the situation. I wont be going back. I do wish the office handled this more professionally 3 months ago and just told me they thought it was best to find a new office. I felt like I was lead on and now wasted 3 months and am starting over with finding a new office. I would not recommend this office. Doctors should care about their patients. And that is certainly not how I feel at this point.

Dr. Scott & Dr. Denise are so caring & empathetic. I had to have a tooth pulled, I was very nervous. Dr Scott was amazing, he kept reassuring me that the procedure was going well and I was doing great. The staff in the office are very nice as well.

Wonderful experience. I really hate going to the dentist but these people take the frustration out of the process. The front desk staff and the dental assistants are super friendly. I really appreciate the doctor because he talks you through all of your options. It's clear that the goal is to find both an economical and a practical solution for you as an individual. I felt that my personal opinion about my care was respected. I prefer going to a dentist like this than one that treats you like a number on a production line. Thank you people!
