Artesian Pools, In-ground Swimming Pool Builders

I am updating my review due to the fact that I am told by several neighbors, two currently dealing with two different pool builders for over two years, yikes? They are both AMAZED that we were able to get our pool built with final approval done in ten months. However, you will have to be in constant contact (at least weekly) to ensure that you have the same outcome because ... This is not about trust or Covid delays, this is about action or do I say lack of action. The words are always sunshine, we are trying, doing our best, blah blah, but the actions ... what a joke. Should have gone with a general contractor that does everything in-house, which we now know there are 5 or so full service, in-house, pool contractors. The sub-contractors they use have been fantastic, but Artesian Pools in Daytona Beach requires constant oversight. Service: Inground pool installation

At one point I gave them 5 stars but now thats its 6 years later, my pool deck is cracking. Its going to cost 3k to fix it appropriately by another company.

I've always had a problem with communication with Brian or James never getting back to me I've been trying since June 6th to get a couple things resolved in my pool there's two tiles that were never put in my pool and I have black spots that have never come out to look at and I always get the same response we're really busy we'll get back to you when we hear from someone or we get the schedule and then I never hear. The only redeeming thing about this company is Steve the designer ! Services: General construction, Custom Swimming pool design

Don't walk....RUN from this place. Tens of thousands of dollars and possibly the worst experience, worst customer service ever. Spa that is less than a year old has been broken for over a month. They are "waiting" yo hear from the electricians to see when they can schedule to come out. Really....how long does it take to pull up a schedule to see what time you have available. Ridiculous. Matt Lavette, Brian and James are a joke when it comes to customer service and just communication in general.
