Our experience with this company was very poor. I would not use them again or unfortunately recommend them to friends or family. Their staff is lazy and have no work ethic. The gentleman they had coming out to clean and service our pool was caught by our neighbors just walking around on his phone not doing anything. He complained to his boss that because our equipment was behind a fence it wasnt easy enough to access but still accessible, just not easyhe was also afraid of our puppy barking. So they abruptly cancelled and decided to not come anymore without a warning, a chat just hey we arent coming anymore because our guy thinks its too hard. We paid them 150 a month which isnt cheap, just to be treated like another number by them. Please dont use them!

A reply to the lie below: here are our adorable sweet animals who sometimes are on the pool deck UNDER SUPERVISION with us at home. My dogs come to work with me everyday. Its sad we supported a company who doesnt love animals. Pics below of our babies having fun and the so called unsanitary conditions.
