Was forced to check myself out of here about a year ago, while it was operating as Orchid Cove. The staff tried as hard as they could, seeming understaffed, and underfunded. Management was furious to have someone leave against medical advice. Their failure to provide me necessary physical therapy and IV antibiotics for the first three days there made my staying there ridiculous and unnecessary. If you or someone you care for needs extended care or rehab, make sure they provide what you are there to get. They did not for me.

How the heck is this place open! It is a horror movie inside this place, the hallway is full of people laying on stretchers SCREAMING for help and the nurses are ignoring them. I'm reporting this place . I would put my life on it that the nurses and staff are not qualified at all! They should be arrested. It is scary to think that people are suffering in this place with probably no end in sight. If you have family here , GET THEM OUT !

My brother has been at this facility for 2 weeks. The nursing staff from what I see are great. Ive tried multiple times to get in touch with the Social worker and have gotten nowhere. Ive left a letter under her door over a week ago and no answer. Ive left phone messages and nothing. My brother has requested several times to speak to her and has gotten no where. The administrator doesnt answer their phone.

Awful place!!!! Because of them !!! I lost my mom!!! Today was the day i got the news she was gone!!! Do not take a chance. U will be in my shoe's.
