Ive been a patient at this facility for about seven years now my personal experience has been useful and negative all in one. I truly appreciate my therapist and my access to medication which I will still continue to pursue however. I think is absolutely disgusting that Stewart Marchman hears a buzz word mental illness that usually takes a narcotic to treat and assumes the person seeking treatment is a drug addict. My friend is just trying to get therapy and yall have multiple patients with the same disorder yet told her you cant help in anyway way??? Interesting how yall are now incapable of handling baseline disorders that exist yet take a patient ,me, with dissociative identity disorder and try to treat them inefficiently. Not every individual with a disorder that requires the occasional treatment with narcotics is seeking a narcotic and to tell a teenage girl who is without insurance without access to mental health assistance that you cant treat her when I already know for a fact you have multiple patients with that disorder is absolutely disgusting and ridiculous.
