Tara the manager in the office is very personalble. When speaking with her you can feel and hear that she cares. When Sarah left I was disappointed she was wonderful however, having Tara is just as wonderful.

Living in this apartment complex has been an exceptional experience thanks to the outstanding management that runs it. From day one, I have witnessed the commitment and professionalism of the management team, with Tara Gruber as a key player. Their meticulous attention to The details, prompt problem resolution, and clear and effective communication have contributed significantly to improving the quality of life for all residents. Additionally, I greatly appreciate the impeccable maintenance of the common areas and the safety measures implemented to ensure our peace of mind. Without a doubt, thanks to the help of Tara Gruber, living at The Park at Via Corso has been the best choice I have made. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a home where excellence in management is a priority.

Christy pollock has made my renting experience fantastic. She was very patient with me as I am new to renting and wasn't sure what I was doing but she was very professional and nice. It took less then a week to find out whether or not I got the apartment. Getting a hold of the leasing office was a little bit of a hassle but Christy is amazing and is able to answer all my many questions.
