The buying experience was great. The Sales team, Naomie, was great! Everyone involved did a great job. If there were any setbacks it was because I didnt provide the proper documentation. We closed as scheduled. Some minor issues identified were not taken care of. The builder was here doing it himself on the day of final walk-through. Our sink was leaking. Tech came and fixed it right away. Works great now. None of the outlets in our kitchen work. Weve tried resetting breaker box and it keeps tripping. Getting a hold of Warranty has not been a good experience. Weve had to call repeatedly. Then someone said the electrician called and left a voicemail on my phone. I had zero missed calls and no messages. Its been a week. I just emailed again and now I have to wait another 48 hours. So disappointed. When you move into a brand new house, you expect everything to be working properly. I love my home but it seems like after you sign that paperwork its like deal with your own problems, we got your money. My advice if you go look at a home, take something with you where you can test every single outlet. Test that breaker box. Take your time. Look at everything. Dont let them rush you. Dont sign anything until issues have been fixed. After the fact, your patience will be tested.
