The hotel itself was fine, but I am leaving this review because what I saw with the airport shuttle yesterday was horrible. That was the most unacceptable excuse of a shuttle I have seen and that driver should lose his job over this. Our family of 4 was picked up first at 4:50pm, loaded our bags. Our autistic 4 year old has to be buckled in a booster seat by law. So far, so good. We go to the Wyndham Garden next and the driver wants me to put our son in a lap to get more people than the seats allow and have a couple people stand because he says there are too many flight attendants. Not my problem, learn to count before you pick people up. I say, its not allowed and then he threatens to kick my family off the van. So I stood up for us and told him no then he walked away all pissed off. Our bags were on the bottom and we were traveling with an autistic 4 year old, so it didnt make sense for us to be singled out. He was pissed because I wouldnt break the law with my son and put him in danger. There was another family of 4 for him to have wait that was picked up last and had their bags on top. Dont single me out for protecting my children. So then we proceeded to wait while he then drove with people standing and bags piled too high for the back and we had to hold them to prevent them from falling forward on our children. I know the Fort Lauderdale police have bigger issues but I called them to report it and have them keep an eye out. This shuttle is ridiculous, they need to get it together. That driver needs a different job. Safety: Shuttle is not safe and does not meet minimum standards.

Great customer service, free shuttle to the airport. Clean rooms. We had a nice stay.
