        I wasn't sure what I would get because the reviews were all over the place about everything. I'm glad I decided to try it for myself. The hotel was very clean. The employees were kind and helpful. We arrived very early after a cruise and even though our rooms weren't ready we were allowed to use the pool area until they were. The breakfast had a decent variety. I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it.

        Location was great, customer service was the worst I have encountered, the key didnt work in the bathroom downstairs and the service desk girl would not give me another wouldnt even look at me! My husband was calling from the taxi to ask for the address and the service desk guy hung up on him, what a nightmare! One star review was way too much!

        Just ok. The rooms were clean and had what we needed. We were pretty disappointed with the airport shuttle though. It says it runs 24 hours, but when we tried to get a ride to the airport they said she wouldnt be back for two hours. Its definitely not readily available, so dont let that feature sway your decision. That was actually a large reason why we chose this hotel, but then we just ended up getting an Uber. Not my fav hotel.

        Had reservations for 12 thru our travel agent and they canceled our room thru a phone call the day of arrival while we in the air on an airplane. Stated our credit card needed updating and if we dont return their call within an hour, theyd need to cancel. All while we were in the air. Very disappointed!
