This place is outstanding. I was trying to create large ooster. From the very first phone call I placed, seeking guidance and help, a live, competent human being answered the phone providing assistance every step in the way and the final result couldn't have been better. I highly recommend this place.

After doing business for years with Greg at Fast Sign in Cutler Bay he disappointed me with his service. After 3 months waiting for a sign for my business yacht he decided to cancel my order stating he was short handed. Everytime he was called reference to the sign he always had an excuse or said it was in production, when I told him that it had been 3 month and couldnt wait any more and that his excuses was not acceptable anymore and that was my business too he decided to cancel the order after three months of waiting for the sign. I think after 3 months I think he never started or sign was never in production. It was too easy for him to cancel a sign that cost $5000. Now fast sign has put me behind again starting a new sign. NOT very professional from Fast Sign part. He represents Fast Sign , so I feel that both of them are liable for a bad review
