Very rude people here will not explain anything they just get loud and tell you there not going to argue with you for asking questions about car insurance that is there Business and the reason you call for very unprofessional in my book

The staff at Acentria are always so professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and prompt with providing any assistance we need. Tanisha is our agent and she, once again, went over and beyond to assist with a new policy we needed today.

I just want to Thank agent Dina Carmichael. She went above and beyond to get my Mothers policy canceled for me. She is an absolute angel, she was extremely helpful, and so very kind. My Mother passed away and Ive been so very stressed out trying to get this done and then Dina stepped in and got it done so quickly. She was the only one that got this squared away for me. Dina Carmichael isnt even the agent assigned to the policy. She is on the other side of Florida. I appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Thank you again. God bless.
