It was a pleasure dealing with Barbee Jackson Insurance. I was having difficulty with my General Liability and Liqour Liability coverage with my previous broker, not sure why? Courtney Ferguson was a champ and placed my insurance at a very fair rate and extremely quickly!!! Would highly recommend Barbee and of course Courtney!!!

Called to get a quote, and any additional information the gentleman Nick requested, we provided. Received one quote and was still waiting on another. Emails went unanswered more than twice. It is only upsetting because we receive many sales calls and initially expressed our concerns of companies not getting back to us with an actual quote once we provided all of our personal/employees information. Then they did the same thing. You lost out on a great and loyal customer. We have been with the same company for 10 plus years, never missed a payment, and felt you were worth a shot with your highly rated reviews.WASTE OF TIME WHICH WE HIGHLY VALUE AS A COMPANY AND INDIVIDUAL.

Was trying to get a Florida car dealer licence garage policy and we were twisted around by this company. They made us 2-day air express a cashier's check to them and in the meantime they jacked up the rate. And, they played around with wanting a copy of the driver's licence of the woman who was doing us a favor dealing with this. The woman on our side dealing with this HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH the dealer licence or our dealership operation, yet they insisted to put her name on the policy. They said taking her name off the policy would effect the rate. Never in 12 years of operation have we had a bad experience like this obtaining a garage policy. We canceled our cashier's check before they deposited it. The we went right back to our old company that charged just a bit more. We wasted our time over a few bucks. This company, or at least the agent we dealt with, was non-responsive, confused, unprofessional. I'm not a review-a-holic...just want you all to be aware.
