        DON'T USE THIS CREDIT UNION! they try to find more ways NOT to help you vs. help you. Took someone in to open a checking account and bring them $1000 cash to deposit. Representative was too weak to go ahead and open them an account and had to run to the supervisors office and hide out until we got disgusted and left. Good luck trying to get them to do anything other than cash paychecks on a Friday too. All they want to do is get you in and out of there! I have also conducted hundreds of thousands of dollars with EFCU, and once my debts are paid I will be closing my account! You can tell when employees of a large financial corporation or only there for a paycheck. Every single one of the EFCU employees I have encountered in Crestview seem that way. Congratulations EFCU! You missed out on $1,000 of free cash today, and you will be losing a million dollar customer when their debts are paid!

        Recently opened a CD, the process was quick. The next day the representative who helped us open the CD called my wife and stated, per the branch manager, she needed to return and resign the paperwork because her signature didn't match her driver license (DL) signature, we live 30 minutes from the bank and are busy people. The bank representative, a bank trainee, and I witnessed my wife signature. My wife explained this to the representative who called her. The representative relayed my wife's response to the branch manager. About an hour later, the representative called her back and said the branch manager said she would let it slide this time, but next time her signature needed to match what was on her DL. You would think if the branch manager was going to bother customers about the likeness of a signature to the DL signature she would make the phone call herself. The representative who helped us open the CD and play the messenger for the branch manager was great. The Branch Manger displayed (1) toxic leadership trait, most likely she is a toxic leader.
