Went in for a oil change with my oil and filter $50 was told I needed a tap screw at which my oil pan screw was over tighten and a small drip $210 and still have the same problem

Ive been to plenty of auto shops, and talked to even more shop techs than I could count. I have never had better auto service and customer service until I came here. I called in last minute for tire install, brake and rotor replacement, and an alignment. Franz told me they could take care of me. When I got there Emilio and Franz were so friendly, gave me transparent and honest quotes on everything I was trying to get serviced. The prices here are so transparent and great. Mike worked on my car and was so honest, friendly, and transparent with what was wrong, what needed to be replaced, and gave me honest suggestions. I have never had such great service before in my life. Dont even get me started on how nice and clean the inside of the waiting area was. They had it fully loaded with coffee, wifi, and the works. I will only be coming here from now on. Thank you Franz, Mike, and Emilio, you guys were great.

Recently went to Expert Car Care for the first time and was not disappointed. They fit me into their busy schedule after calling only a few hours prior. Franz and the team are kind and attentive, making sure that you're taken care. They provided a great overview of the outcome of the service as well as recommendations moving forward. The shop itself is very nice -- in the case that you need to wait for your vehicle, they have Nespresso coffee, comfy seating, and a great atmosphere.

Amazing work and amazing people. Very communicative and transparent with any problem minor to major. Helps you to feel in the know and reassured with the work being done to your vehicle which is a rare trait for mechanic shops. Would definitely trust and go to again no matter the issue.
