@gmc let me down. I purchased one of these around Christmas. I was beyond excited Ive finally purchased my dream truck. Only to be let down a month later It has electrical issues in February, not to mention stalling out on the night of my birthday. My truck has been in the service department since and no one seems to be able to fix the issue. Every week i call and get the same downing response were working on it. Make matters worse I made a payment on day 2 in the shop now i have to make another one today.

Excellent service and they make you feel very safe when leaving your car. Mr. Frank Medina is an excellent human being, great service.

Absolutely terrible waiting times with appointments made weeks ago. This is the normal in this service department. The guys are nice enough... but the manager is condescending arrogant and rude and a couple of the service guys behave just like him. We've been using them for the last 3 years cause its the only GMC service near us. In 3 years nothing has changed or got better. Still the same attitudes and ridiculous waiting times. The GM tried to make it right about a year ago cause we got totally fed up, but it made no difference... it just got us a tank of gas. To be honest as much time as we spend there waiting for no reason other then piss poor management... that tank of gas didn't even cover the time wasted due to their lack of sufficient time management.
