        Rooms are moldy needs an upgrade. Pot smoking aroma in hallways I was on the 3rd floor. Front desk said they smelled it.

      Thanks Joel and hotels are dealing with the smoking issues on a daily basis. People have lost all respect for the rules and it is very unfortunate. If we do catch someone, they are immediately evicted and barred from every staying here again. We do our best, I assure you. Have a great day.

      Frednel,Thanks and I would love to know how these amazing staff members are inefficient. They are well trained and hospitality driven with amazing personalities and smiles. I was here the morning you checked out and would love to have interacted with you and communicated, vice going online.I did review our housekeeping assignments and we did refresh your room (garbage and towels) daily. However, we do not change sheets until the 3rd day, which is the day you departed. I do not change my sheets daily at home and every 3rd day should suffice. If you needed them changed prior to that, all you had to do was to ask sir. We aim to please...Have a great week.
