Only reason Im giving 1 star is because of the staff. I booked a class for 8:30am and got there by 8:35am. I wasnt aware of the strict 4 min late policy. However, the way the girl at the front desk approached me and my friend (it was my friends first time there) wasnt nice at all. She had an attitude and literally shoved the sign that had the 4 min policy written on it to our faces. She was very rude. She could have at least try and explain their rules in a nice way and maybe book us for another class or something. I have a business myself, I understand there are rules. However, customer service should be their number one priority and unfortunately this time it wasnt. Such a bad experience for me and my friend. Wont be going back.

Loved this studio, it was my first time here and we rented one of the studios for a corporate wellness event. Everything was super clean, the studio is beautiful and our instructor was fantastic! I wish I remembered his name. Thank you TruFusion for helping us make this a successful event.
