        I absolutely LOVE these aerial yoga classes. May is great yoga instructor, she makes sure you're doing the poses correctly and its FUN.

        I honestly love these Aerial Yoga classes. The instructor guides and helps you. I feel like a kid when I'm on the hammock ha but you do get a sweat and a good work out in. She does guided-meditations at the end which is nice to hear. She sometimes uses her singing bowl too. Good Yoga Vibes!!!

        The owner/teacher was great. She was kind and easy to work with. The class was enjoyable, we laughed and had a wonderful time. It is a brand new business in the mall, overall it was great and I will be back!
