Staff very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and curtious! The facility was very clean and nicely decorated. I went in for a laser tattoo removal and was extremely nervous. I was reassured several times that it would be ok, they put numbing cream on... after a couple of minutes I did my procedure and it wasnt painful, to my surprise! I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for any kind of beauty procedure they offer! You wont regret it.

Very happy I was referred to this place for my tattoo removal. Andretti is very helpful from the moment you schedule the appointment, to answering all your questions at the consultation and great at following up with you during the healing process. Its been a little over a week since my first session and Im very impressed and happy with the results I have!!
