I recommend that you do your research on used car retail values and trade-in value of your car before you show up here. They don't put together a fair deal and they use high pressure tactics to get you to agree before you can verify. Fortunately, I had all my numbers, plus a trade-in and buy-now offer on my trade before I saw their "deal". They also keep your keys to your trade in car that they take for valuation, so you can't leave. I had to demand my key back when I decided I wasn't buying from them. I walked away and got a much better deal at a different dealership. I rarely give bad reviews, but I would be remiss to not warn buyers to beware.

Waited 10 mins to be tended to. No one bothered to acknowledge us to ask if we needed assistance.

Honestly they had good cars on their lot but the people were so rude or so intense. They didn't seem like they were willing to show us multiple cars they just wanted us to buy the first car we saw .... Chris is very very aggressive and takes everything personally.
