        My car got backed into with small damage. The policeman said dont make a report because itll go on your Carfax. I took the car into Infiniti to have the dent fixed. They immediately reported it to Carfax and now I get reports from Carfax through Infiniti saying that my car is worth 10,000 less than when I brought it in, thanks Infiniti for losing me so much money. If you get bodywork done on your car, I suggest take it elsewhere.

        They were quick and great service when I was purchasing the car. Now that they made their money off of us, theres NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. Not a dealership Id recommend to anyone. They dont value their customers at all. Never again
