I have never left a positive review for a car dealership until now. I saw a very aggressive offer for a vehicle on Hyundais website and gave this dealer a call. Spoke with Jason Rubinson and after some back and forth, we agreed on a price over the phone. Im about 90 minutes away so of course I was wary about taking the trip for nothing but when I got there, everything went extremely smoothly and there were ZERO surprises. Shocking, I know. Jason went through the process with me, got me all setup for finance, and was extremely patient. Easiest and best car buying experience Ive ever had. 10/10 would recommend. Go see Jason Rubinson!

Do you want to make an appointment, sit for HOURS, have them never look at your car, and eventually tell you they didnt even have the part to begin with? Do you want them to act like wasting the precious time you have off work for no reason is no big deal? Then this is the place for you. I would give zero stars if I could after being treated like my time doesnt matter; the manager made this seem like it was a totally normal thing to happen so go at your own risk

I would never come back to lease my fourth Hyundai vehicle if I was not pleased with the vehicle, and my salesman, Mazan Assad. He took a scary situation and made it pleasant. Kudos to you!

I am updating my original one star review from 6 months ago. At that time I was very disappointed with the service I received as I said so in my original review. However, today I took a chance and brought my Santa Fe back in for it's next scheduled service and I must say that it was like walking into an entirely different service dept. Not only has the interior been completely refurbed, but the whole attitude/vibe of the place has been entirely transformed. From the time I was greeted by David and checked in by my service advisor, Brandi I could tell that there had been some major changes made since my last visit. Everyone was friendly and professional. I was made to feel that me and my vehicle really mattered and that I was in good hands. So, kudos to you guys! You recognized that there was a problem and you solved it by going above and beyond. I highly recommend Coconut Creek Hyundai and will certainly return for all of my scheduled maintenance and repairs. Bravo!!!
