Love my Outback! Just not feeling the love from this dealer. Last visit to have my car serviced we noticed that the battery acid was leaking and leaving residue on the battery. When we got the car back, not only was there battery acid still on the battery, but now the entire engine was covered in it. How did this technician decide to clean the battery? With a high pressure hose? After several futile attempts to get a call back from the service manager, I found it necessary to communicate this way - maybe they'll get the message.
Update!! Finally received a call back from the Service Director, Bruce, who was sincerely apologetic. He promised to remedy the situation and assure that my future experiences will be great ones!
