Told them my exact make and model vehicle and they gave me the wrong product. I came back a few days later to exchange it for the right one and they would do it because I didnt have the physical receipt. I even showed them the debit on my credit card account. Place is trash

Went today to buy wipers blades. I asked for person to install them for me. He refused claiming he can't because if it's raining he's not allowed to. Problem is, it's not raining, just overcast. He said he didn't want to get sick. I cancelled my order and went to another store. Lousy customer service. The several times I've visited this store, they are not friendly or even acknowledge you are there. I will shop other stores.
