        The communication was lacking. I was not told about the diagnostic fee before having it done (I've been to shops that diagnose for free) My requested service for a new transmission was refused because there was rust on my truck. This is a northern vehicle with normal signs of rust. I had to pay out of my own pocket to have my vehicle towed elsewhere. I even called beforehand and explained my entire situation. I cannot recommend anyone to this location.

        Technicians at this location are not as skilled as other locations. Basic alignment confuses tech and tried to charge me more and say it won't be covered under lifetime warranty. Will continue to visit my Orlando location instead.

        Paid for a lifetime alignment and because they said my truck takes too long to align so they are refusing to touch my truck. Their lifetime alignment is a lie and is to their convenience. Be prepared for it to be good for a one time alignment and for you to be stranded out of it. They blamed everything on my truck
