Jonathan was extremely helpful, especially comparative to the previous shop we had our vehicle in. I always feel like I'm getting swindled when I go to a car shop but never at this Pep Boys location. Thank you!

So Ive been going to pep boys for a while not this one specifically, but in Florida. Ive experienced terrible service starting Saturday April 6th. I brought my van in @1 pm after calling to confirm they can fit me in to check the problem Ive been having with my vehicle. Told me it would be an hour wait. Okay no problem. 4pm rolls around no one has come to me and said anything. Im watching people come and go since Ive been here. 4:30pm rolls around I go to the desk and I ask whats going on. He tells me hell go in the back to check. Goes to the back comes back speaks to another customer about their car, then goes back to the back. Its now 5:45pm he then calls me to the counter and tells me what I already told him and more. I asked him okay so how long will it take to fix and can you do now? Goes to the back now its oh I have other cars to work on I cant fix it until Monday. Unacceptable in my eyes Ive been here since 1. You told me an hour wait then it takes you until 5:45pm to even update me on anything. He then tells me he can have someone else get it fixed on Sunday. Sure I said by 1pm. Because he claimed the worker is coming in with no other jobs to do he can start on my car right away. Today is Sunday. It is now 2pm. They are just now telling me that they had to order a part for my car that they had since yesterday and has been supposedly working on since 8am. Youre not telling me that you just ordered a part and now you need 2 more hours of my time. Mind you he called me at 11:45am telling me my car would be ready at 1:30pm. So youve lied, gave a false time, and your communication skills are piss poor. Please explain to me how you send me a text to follow along with the progress of my car to never update or then you cant even bother to give me the decency to inform me of whats going on until I walk up to you at the time Im supposed to get my car to inform me of whats going on?! This is insane and very disappointing to a person whose last two days have been wasted because no one seems to know how to communicate. Id happily like to hear from the manager ASAP! Yall need to fix this and I will continue to reach out until you do! Update its 3:30pm and they still havent given me a real update or said anything to be me since 2:30 pm that they need 25 mins more and its been a hour.
