The guys at Tuffy are great and treated us very good. My family and I were out of town on vacation and our car had trouble. I called Tuffy and they got us in, ordered quality parts and had our car running in two days.

Car broke down while on vacation and Tuffy was quick to get us in and repaired at a reasonable price and with great service. I'd highly recommend.

The staff was nice. Came in for a constant grinding sound on front left wheel. They replaced breaks and rotors. Said I was good to go. Now the breaks squeak and the grinding sound is worse. I assume the new breaks need broke in or they just charged a lot for low quality parts. Two stars since they were very nice, but I wouldn't trust them in the future. Helpful hack: They highly "recommend" a lot of unnecessary upsells, so make sure to ask which items are actually necessary for your current problem.
