What more can one say about an absolute perfect customer experience ! Unlike many other " hearing professionals " these people are Honest and truly cater to a personal Positive Customer Experience. Absolutely None - i mean ZERO NO SALES PRESSURE / UPSELL / Limited Time Sales BS. From the receptionist to the hearing professional - everyone is exceptionally caring-kind and most of all HONEST. My experience at this Clermont Tru Ear location has been absolutely wonderful. Professionalism-knowledge-helpful-testing- all AAA+ rating from me. I highly recommend and i am a very satisfied customer. My hearing professional was Victor, Honest-caring and very helpful in testing - explaining results. i could not have found a better choice. No upsell pressure- Absolute 110% Satisfaction !
