        This has been my primary for about three years now. Had no issues when making appointments for my yearly, but when I became sick and needed to visit the doctor ASAP, its ridiculous that I could not get in for two-three weeks and they were referring patients to the Centra Care. Not only have I had issues with this office, but many family members have had issues as well. Will be looking for a new primary doctor.

        I have had some frustrating times with the billing department in the past. A few of those times I was noticeably aggravated by the situation. Ms. Charity, despite mine or anyone elses unprofessional actions she always chose kindness. Her customer service is 5 stars!
