Dr Sam takes his time. Cristina his PA was very thorough. Freya in the front office went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them.

my husband has been under the care of Dr. Sam for several years now and at first it was wonderful but then lately you call the office they put you through the scheduling ie ignore -and then no one calls you back .I called in a panic this morning four or five calls please please please call me back no one called me back I cant remember when the last time Dr. Sam talked to us its usually the PA well at 5:30 Zi got s call back - feel a lot better they said they would fix ignore or scheduling which is not medicine questions. My husband had benign tremors since 22 i told this/ i said not there forc tremors yet gave script for tremors Which interfered with his mind - After taking the prescribed med he didnt know how to get dressed. pA was s nightmare snd i said never to be on my husbands case again . Know how to put his cloths on

Extremely unorganized, I had a 3pm appointment, arrived/checked in before 2:45. Waited 45 mins, watched people get checked in, taken back, and checked out. Saw about 12 people check in and have a seat. Was finally called back, put in the last room down the hall went over everything with the PA then sat and waited in said room for well over an hour. The Dr did not come in to go over my test results until 5:07. (The place closes at 4:30 I completely thought they left me back there and forgot about me, I had stepped out to make sure I wasn't left in an empty office at one point around 4:40). I work in healthcare, I get it when places run behind, been there and completely understand. But what was odd to me is when I finally was brought up front to check out, the receptionists were gathering their belongings and heading out. Not a single person was in the waiting room. They were done for the day. How, unless I was literally forgotten in the back room, is it possible that I was the last patient seen when a dozen people checked in after me? All the doors to the exam rooms that I passed on my way out were empty too. I really do think they put me in a room and just completely forgot me back there.

Doctors are great. Office staff has poor customer service skills. Hard to schedule appointments and follow ups.
