This story is almost unbelievable. I did business with these people for a few months with zero issues. I would give them properties to get title searches for. They initially called me everytime they sent me the title searches via email to make sure I got them. Then one order they stopped calling me to ensure I recieved their title search. They still sent it to me but it went to my spam and I didn't check the spam because they didn't tell me they sent it. So, the title search was useless to me because I needed it in time to place a bid. I kindly asked them for a refund and they said it was my fault. I said responded with "you guys only give good service to first time customers and there are olenty of other businesses out there". After some time I asked to do business with them again and let's leave that bad experience behind us. They rejected my orders. I called the COO and she said they don't want to do business with me simply because of me saying they only give good service to first time customers and that there are plenty of other title companies. I've never met a more sensitive COO in my life.

Do not recommend. They are not professionals at all and what they offer seems to be very poor. Understand that nobody can survive off of $12 an hour with all the timelines and requirements they push down your throat. Please think twice before applying to this place.

I worked for BSD for 2 years. They offer great training and patience to go along with it! The Staff has an open door policy and want you to do well and have fun. I recommend this company because they take their business seriously and take fun/perks even more seriously! The only reason I left was to pursue Real Estate. BSD gave me knowledge to succeed .
