Created false liens on my home showing a loan when there is none. Documents are fraud. They created two so it was not a mistake. Working with another company "Unison Agreement Corp". Unison agrees Vantage Point Title's docs are wrong.

Worst experience closing on a home EVER. These people point fingers instead of accepting and admitting their mistakes and just fixing it. Not sure if this is just the worst trained or most incompetent group of out there. We signed our closing documents on May 5 (FINALLY), after waiting for hours in an office with an infant for then to finally send the emailed documents. They sent a bunch of incorrect documents and over 200 pages that were out of order and the poor notary had to sift through each page and organize them before we could sign. GUESS WHAT!? We just found out they are sending their notary out to us AGAIN because a couple signatures were missed. How did it take over a month to notice missing signatures? Do they not review every document after signing to confirm everything is done? The amount of stress this company caused us during closing completely ruined the excitement of buying a new home for our family. I would not recommend this company to people I don't even like.

Left out important verbage on a quick claim deed that has left me in a legal issue. Would not recommend them to anyone. Find someone who takes the time to do it correctly. EDIT: changing from 1 star to 4 because after my review they reached out and helped me with my issue
