This is a nestled location within a business plaza as shown in the pictures. CTS is my preferred title service provider. Debbie is caring and professional. As a buyer I have the right to choose my own title service. I choose Courtland Title Services with every opportunity. I am comfortable with her first hand experience in Pinellas County and knowledge of Florida. The service has never failed. I highly recommend this title service provider.

Debby was professional, and friendly. her response time to emails and messages were quickly. Our funds of the buyers confiwere pending in our account within minutes of reciept. Great job Debby! Glad we chose you.

Wish there was a rating of less than one star. One of the worst Title companies I have dealt with over the last 29 years. They had the file for 31 days and I did not hear from them once! No acknowledgement of the 5k escrow deposit, no title commitment to review, and no municipal lien search until the day before closing. I ONLY got them because I called and talked to the owner who admitted she dropped the ball. Nice example to set for your employees. Was a simple cash closing and she could not even get the closing statement right. Stay far away! The good reviews were probably written by friends.
