Total Title Solutions

Things were left for the last minute which made it for a very difficult close. It was an extended close and even then it came to the last morning for all items to be cleared. Communication was also difficult with delayed responses.

Total Title was an amazing company to deal with. Humans answered the phone and were always available to patiently answer questions. The process was quick and I felt protected that thins were being done correctly. Highly recommend and would use them again.

Total Title did a great job communicating with our processing and closing staff. We also tried to make some adjustments last minute to appease all parties involved and Total Title went above and beyond to accommodate everyone as well. Hope did a great job and has a great attitude, can't wait to work with them again.

We recently had our closing at Total Title Solutions and it went very smooth. There were no surprises, I attribute this to the excellent team that kept everyone informed and always ready to answer our questions and concerns, thank you Hope and Erin, you guys are awesome!
