I paid &60 for the application the manager quickly with in a couple days called me and said I needed a little more income and says lets get your sister on the lease that way there will be more income showing. So my sister pays $60 for the application. A week later goes by I hadnt heard anything so I call her (Janet) I believe shes the manager says she hadnt heard anything yet. Almost another week goes by I still hadnt heard anything. So I call and she says the exact same thing. So I decided to call my current landlord to see if anyone had called him for anything about rental history ect. And he said no nobodys called. Which means they never even messed with it . Now mind you. This whole time we really thought we where going to be able to move in just because of the things she said. And how quickly she wanted my sister to put in the app. I truly feel that they are just taking peoples money for the application and ripping people off. Even if there was reasons for me to be declined I still should have been notified not blown off. I want people to be aware of this before you give them money for the application. And be aware because she will make you feel like oh youll be fine. Total rip offs. I think dodged a bullet here

I was there for the annual fund raising breakfast and garage sales. The breakfast was served in the clubhouse for $5 and then the individual homes had garages sales. The breakfast was wonderful and everyone was very nice. It looks like a beautiful place to live.
