Wow!!!! . It has an elegant and classy style but still feels like home. We were greeted by the ED, Dawn who kindly gave us a tour and the rooms are very large for the price. As we walked through the halls, it was wonderful to see that the residents seemed excited about the remodel changes. The staff was very courteous and answered all of my questions with a smile.

New team is so helpful and you can tell they really care about the residents. Remodel is coming along great, We can't wait to see the finished product. The activities schedule has everyone involved with plenty of new acts and adventures to follow. The residents we see are always happy and love to talk about the exciting changes they have witnessed. Come in for a tour!

I’m John Moschner, the President of SenCare Management. We are so excited to be part of the change of ownership and management of Grand Villa of Clearwater effective May 1, 2019. Grand Villa offers Independent Living , Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
We invite you to come visit Grand Villa to meet our wonderful staff and residents and to see the exciting changes.
Come meet Dawn Winder our new Executive Director. Dawn is a Registered Nurse and has been working in senior living for over 25 years. Dawn has been a member of the Grand Villa family for several years and just recently transferred to Grand Villa of Clearwater.
Come meet Leah our Resident Care Supervisor/Nurse who supervises all of the care staff and coordinates all of our residents’ care and services. Leah has over 30 years’ experience.
Come meet Chef Mark, new to the Grand Villa family. Mark has 24 years of experience as a chef and has already made some great improvements inclusive of a new menu and ongoing specialty events.
In addition, Grand Villa is under renovations. This includes exterior painting, landscaping and courtyard gathering area. Interior changes to include new common areas, paint, carpet and furniture. Our new emergency generator has been installed and we are ready should we encounter any power outages. Our resident apartments are getting a facelift too with paint, carpet, cabinetry and appliances. Changes are underway to meet our vision “looks like home, feels like family.”
